Light Chilaquiles

So, I was getting a little bored of what I could eat, so I decided to give it a try and prepare some Light Chilaquiles. They are good, and the best part is that depending on the different sauces you use, the flavor will be different every time. This way it's harder to get bored.
I used:
  • 2 cactus tortilla (you can use corn, wheat)
  • 2 slices Fresh cheese (Panela)
  • 2 avocado slices
  • Three chiles salsa or any other salsa you prefer (see below in chronicle)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cut tortillas in squares or triangles and place them on a medium-high heat skillet until toasted, turning from time to time OR follow instructions in my chronicle Halloween Tortilla Chips with Guacamole (microwavable).

In a skillet, heat salsa for about a minute.

Ok, here are other recipes of mine for other salsas:

Add tortilla chips.

Stir and heat for around 30 seconds. Add salt and pepper if needed. Serve in plate.

Garnish with avocado and cheese cutted in little squares.

And enjoy!
