French Toast {Very Easy}

The hubs wanted me to make some French Toasts for breakfast, so I made the only recipe I've know since ever =) It's really simple, really easy to make, very fast to make and very tasty too!! And the best thing of all, it's that I'm almost sure you already have every ingredient in your pantry or freezer!!
I use:
  • 4 bread slices, I used integral
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Start by cracking eggs (only 2 shown) in a mixing bowl or a deep dish.

Add milk and whisk until well blended.

Melt butter in very low heat.

Wet each bread with the egg/milk mix.

Place it in the melted butter for around 2 minutes, until egg's well done and crispy.

Turn it over and repeat, until crispy for abour 2-4 minutes.

While the bread is ready, in a plate place sugar and cinnamon.

Mix with a fork until well mixed.

Place the already cooked bread in the sugar/cinnamon mix and turn it over, until well covered by the mix.

Transfer to a serving plate and you can add more butter, maple syrup, corn syrup, honey, fruit... whatever you prefer!!!
