Butter Cake

Mom gave me this recipe, and she said it was delicious. "Butter? How can this NOT be delicious?" Gaby thought. Well... it was AMAZING! Let me share this recipe with you... it has a lot of butter... a lot! But you will want to try it... and you won't regret it.
You will need:
  • 1 butter cake mix
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 salted butter sticks
  • 1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the butter in squares and place in an electric mixer mixing bowl.

Mix at low speed for around3 minutes, until fluffy.

Start by adding cake mix.

Add milk.

Add flour. I know it's not Christmas. I know.

Add baking powder.

Add eggs, one by one.

In a pre-greased bundt pan, place the mix you just prepared.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick is introduced and when removed is clear.

Cover with Butter Cream Cheese Frosting (check recipe here).

Give it a try.
