Grilled Corn

This is a very easy-to-prepare side dish, and so delicious! I mean, I love corn. And potatoes. Love them! So, last night I prepared this corn as a side for the Chile Relleno de Queso {Cheese Filled Chile}.

You will need:
  • Two corn pieces 
  • Seasoned salt (I used Sea salt with herbs)
  • Pepper
  • Butter (I used unsalted, you can use salted if you prefer)

First, you need to spread butter, a lot, on one side of the corn, then add the salt and pepper. Just on one side.

Now, preheat a skillet at medium-heat and place the side of the corn that is seasoned facing the preheated skillet. Now, with your beautiful fingers start turning the corn around on the same place, so it will catch the seasoned melted butter. I used both hands, but then, who could take the picture??? 

Now that they are seasoned, on high heat, leave them until they brown just like you like it. And turn them, repeating until all the corn is browned.

This is how I like it. Of course, the bigger one is for ME, and the little one for my hubby... haha, just kidding... enjoy!
